A perfectly flavored marinade made from our Chili-lime Blend, Garlic Granules, and Hickory Smoked Sea Salt, gives you delicious steaks that can be served as is or sliced into a tortilla for amazing fajitas. Either way you serve them, these steaks are supremo!

Ingredients:

3 Tblspns Olive Oil

2 Tblspns Lime Juice

1 1/2 tsp Garlic Granules

1 tsp Hickorywood Smoked Sea Salt

1 Tblspn Chili-Lime Blend

3 (12 - 16 ounce one-inch thick) boneless steaks (e.g., ribeye or NY strip steaks)

Butter for grilling (about 2 Tblsns)

Directions: Prepare a marinade by combining the first 5 ingredients. Cover the steaks with the marinade and refrigerate them for 2-4 hours. Take the steaks out of the refrigerator and remove them from the marinade. Let them sit at room temperature for 20 - 30 minutes. Heat a large heavy skillet (cast iron) to medium high heat and melt the butter to cover the bottom of the pan. Place the steaks in the heated, buttered pan and cook for 4-5 minutes per side (for a medium rare steak). Let the cooked steaks rest for 5 minutes before serving/slicing. Serve with fresh lime slices.
